With adjustments possible according to fabric weight this single needle single thread machine comes with a knee lift, needle penetration adjustors, a stitch length regulator and a stitch skip device that means even fewer needle catches are made. A stitch stabilising guide can be deployed when needed for especially fine weights.
The machine has a servo driven motor which allow for incremental speed adjustments making it great to learn on.
The Blind Hemmer is accessible to all members who have passed an assessment for it and is one of the shared access sewing machines.
