DESCRIPTION

An edge bander is used to quickly apply, trim chamfer and polish a strip of material (edge banding) to the raw edges of panel products like plywood, particle board, or MDF. This process creates a finished look, protects the edges from damage, and hides the composite nature of the materials. Edge banders can handle various banding materials, including PVC, ABS, wood veneer, and melamine. They offer precision, speed, and efficiency, improving aesthetic appeal and durability of furniture and cabinetry.
